Mr. Muhammad Ayub is the committed District Population Welfare Officer (DPWO) responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of Family Planning, Reproductive Health, and Mother & Child Health services across the Islamabad Capital Territory. Drawing on a strong academic background in Political Science and Economics, Mr. Ayub brings a robust, analytical perspective to policy formulation and execution. He excels at translating complex population welfare policies into practical, measurable results on the ground. Mr. Ayub oversees all field operations, ensuring the delivery of accessible, high-quality services through all district outlets and health facilities. Leveraging strong expertise in program execution, resource mobilization, and inter-agency coordination, he cultivates effective partnerships and drives targeted Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) initiatives to maximize community awareness.
